100 Recipes in 2018
There is nothing I love more than a big, overwhelming project. The bigger, more complicated it is, the more the OCD part of my brain loves it. Unfortunately, the ADHD part of my brain, which rules my day to day functioning (or lack there of), does not enjoy these projects and tends to ignore them until they go away.
Obviously, I am starting 2018 with a big project! Go big or go home? My word for 2018 is Nourish and food is big part of nourishing my family and myself. I have been stuck in a rut food wise for over a year, so I thought trying 100 new recipes in 2018 would be a way to snap me out of it.
Now, I don't really like recipes. I have issues with authority and who is that damn recipe to tell me what to do? Hence, I am a terrible baker. It usually works out better with cooking, but I am going to try and follow the recipes as they are laid out. TRY.
I have a Pinterest Board that I will be saving recipe ideas to. My daughter gets the Raddish kits, so we will be using those recipes. I will save the successes to Paprika 3 so I can continue to use them for years to come. I will be posting each result here and on Instagram.
My daughter and I are gluten-free, she is also dairy-free. My husband and I are eating lower carb. Therefore, most of the recipes will be paleo-ish. Some will be very simple, like a spice mix, and others will be more complex. The only criteria will be that I haven't made the recipe before.
